2011 PEACE Conference
The Special EU Programmes Body, in partnership with the International Conflict Research Institute at the University of Ulster, is organising a seminar which will reflect upon the contribution that bridges across Europe are making in transforming the social, economic and cultural landscapes of cities and their role in promoting community cohesion and reconciliation.
The event will include presentations by a number of international speakers from Bosnia and Herzegovina, Ireland, Northern Ireland and Sweden.
Participants at the seminar will receive an invitation to the opening of the Peace Bridge, taking place the following day.
