Belfast City Council invites tenders from suitably qualified and experienced contractors for the development and delivery of a Belfast Integration and Inclusion Programme, funded under Phase II of the European Union's PEACE III Belfast Peace and Reconciliation Action Plan 2011 – 2013.

The tender must be submitted on the Council’s eSourcingNI system no later than 12 noon on Friday, 10 February 2012. It will not be possible to submit a response after this deadline.

Training for Women Network (TWN) is a registered charity whose main aim is to support, promote and advance opportunities for women in Northern Ireland.
TWN functions as a membership network and a commercial enterprise and empowers women to engage to contribute to post conflict transition, reconciliation and construction across Northern Ireland and the Border Counties.
The TWN has been awarded funding from the European Union’s European Regional Development Fund through the PEACE III Programme managed by the Special EU Programmes Body (SEUPB) for the implementation of the “Extending Positive Relations” project.
This project is funded under Priority 1 Reconciling Communities, Theme 1 Building Positive Relations at the Local Level.
TWN invite tenders from suitably qualified and experienced organisations to deliver the following:
Delivery of the ilm Endorsed Award, ‘Women Leading the Way’ to 23 organisations across Northern Ireland and the 6 Border Counties

Invitation to Tender for Design Services for Development of a Community Enterprise Centre at Stanorlar, County Donegal
Ballybofey and Stranorlar Integrated Community Company Ltd [BASICC] seeks Tenders from suitably qualified consultants to provide architect led design services for the development of a new Community Enterprise Centre at Stranorlar, Co. Donegal. The building will provide for a variety of retail, commercial, light industrial and communal facilities, and will comprise approximately 1,700 sq metres in total over three floors. Preliminary Design and Planning Permission are complete, and the appointed consultant will take the project through detailed design, contract documents, tender administration, works supervision, handover and defects period maintenance.
Procurement will be in accordance with the Irish Government Construction Procurement Framework. A Contract Notice has been posted by BASICC on the e-tenders website: www.etenders.gov.ie inviting tenders under the Open Procedure.
