PEACE III
The International Networking Group on Peace Building with Young Children is a three year project which has received £610,000 from the European Regional Development Fund under the PEACE III Programme. The project is led by Early Years with support from the International Centre for Education and Human Development in Colombia (CINDE).
Sligo RAPID Urban Collective - RAPID (Revitalising Areas by Planning, Investment & Development) is a national programme in Ireland working within areas of urban disadvantage. In Sligo the RAPID programme is implemented by a multi-agency team and works in five of the most disadvantaged areas within Sligo City.
Restorative Action Following the Troubles (R.A.F.T.) is an Armagh-based project offering psychotherapy, counselling and complementary therapy services to victims and survivors of the ‘conflict’.

The Peace Bridge is one of the largest capital build projects funded under the PEACE III Programme. It is a foot and cycle bridge that will physically and symbolically unite both sides of the River Foyle.
The project is being managed by Ilex, Northern Ireland’s only Urban Regeneration Company, which was set up in 2003 by the Office of the First and Deputy First Minister (OFMDFM) and the Department for Social Development (DSD) to plan, develop and sustain the economic, physical and social regeneration of the Derry City Council area.
Vital Links is a policy, public affairs and participation project developed by NICVA. It will deliver a programme of free training, seminars, conferences and publications to two main audiences: political institutions including local councils, government departments and political parties and Voluntary and community organisations.
Aims at generating mutual understanding between different communities to help overcome sectarianism through the creation of a shared pictorial history of Northern Ireland and the border region of Ireland. The objective of the Ulster Peoples College is to highlight shared history and develop a cross-community network within which dialogue can flourish.
Led by TWN (Training for Women Network) the Positive Relations Project aims to engage and empower women to contribute to post-conflict transition, reconciliation and reconstruction across Northern Ireland and the six border counties of Ireland.
A public space regeneration project taking place in East Belfast. Developed out of the work of the East Belfast Mission the Skainos project will regenerate an area of serious inner city decline, between Dee Street and Templemore Avenue. Upon completion it will construct 32 housing units, integrating private and social housing, a new street with its own civic square as well as a new hostel for the homeless.
A project from the Sligo PEACE III Partnership dealing with Irish travellers and prisoners due for imminent release from prison who are invited to express themselves in counselling and through the medium of art. The project aims to help the participants explore issues of conflict which exist within the Travelling community as well as between the community and other traditions.
Project carried out by the Trauma Recovery Network which aims to develop and promote a better understanding of trauma and its impact on communities by opening the debate on new approaches to trauma recovery and celebrating the healing that has taken place over the last 40 years.
YESIP has developed a project which aims to create a society free from sectarianism and racism by a more detailed and comprehensive engagement with the Youth Education sector.
The Irish Peace Centres is a consortium of peace-building organisations working together to develop an integrated approach to peace-building in both Northern Ireland and the border counties. The objective is to cultivate and sustain positive relationships at a local level to help reduce sectarianism and racism.
The project, led by the Edgehill Theological College, aims to facilitate and guide Christian Churches and church leaders in Northern Ireland and the border counties in their vocation of reconciliation and integration.
INTERREG IVA
The Sail West project aims to develop and improve links between Northern Ireland, the Republic of Ireland and Scotland. It is a strategic marine tourism initiative, which seeks to grow the existing marine tourism industry and increase linkages across the partner area through improved infrastructure, strategic marketing and knowledge and industry networks.

Transnational programme (INTERREG IVB) developed through transnational partnership with Kemi-Tornio University of Applied Sciences,The Nerve Centre, Moray College, Faroe Islands - Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Norut AS and Studiecentrum-MediaEnter, and focusing on developing a network of resources for young people looking to develop a business in the creative industries sector.
