“Towards the new European Neighbourhood”

The Network of Eastern External Border Regions (NEEBOR) holds its second annual conference, “Towards the new European Neighbourhood”, in the Észak-Alföld Region, Hungary, on the 15 November 2006.

The main idea and objective of the conference are:
- informing about the European Neighbourhood Policy and Partnership Instrument of the European Union; - learning about other regions' experiences and best practices in cross border cooperation; - networking between NEEBOR members and conference participants; - fostering joint ENPI, FP7, CIP, territorial cooperation projects.
