The Special European Union Programmes Body (SEUPB) as the Joint Technical Secretariat (JTS) for the EU Programme for Cross Border Co-Operation INTERREG IVA In Northern Ireland, the Border Region of Ireland and Western Scotland 2007-2013 are now seeking to appoint a Lead Partner(s) with Project Partners to deliver a Creative Industries Programme (Digital) under Priority 1 Co-Operation for a More Prosperous Cross Border Region of the INTERREG IVA Programme.
