"I wish to receive a copy of the following documents:
1. The full application document submitted by the Grand Orange Lodge of Ireland for the "STRIPE" Programme, together with all attachments and any amendments or revisions to the application.
2. The budget for the STRIPE programme (if separate), together with all attachments and any amendments or revisions to the budget.
3. The Notice of Award letter from the SEUPB to the applicant, together with all attachments and any general or special conditions that might be attached to the Award.
4. The SEUPB's policies and guidance documents related to human rights, promotion of sectarian or religious practices and non-discrimination in the use of grant funds and related or supported activities, along with grant conditions (if any) prohibiting discriminatory or sectarian practices on the part of grant recipients."
