Healthy and Inclusive Communities

Research has shown that social, economic and environmental factors can influence the health outcomes of an individual. This theme focuses on rural communities and aims to help those who are dealing with the legacy of the Troubles.

The intention is also to:

  • bring health and social care services together and
  • support people to live independently in their own community.
