As a North South Implementation Body, the SEUPB adheres to a Code of Practice when handling Freedom of Information requests. The primary objective of this Code is to facilitate public access to information held by us.
The Code is non-statutory and has been drafted with regard to the Freedom of Information Acts, 1997 and 2003 in Ireland and the Freedom of Information Act 2000 in the United Kingdom, together with best practice in relation to access to information.
A request for information should be made in writing or electronic form. Please provide your name, reply address and describe the information you wish to access. The description should contain sufficient details to enable the identification of that information in a reasonable manner.

Publication Scheme
Under Section 6 of the FOI Code of Practice, the SEUPB has a duty to adopt and maintain a publication scheme which details information relating to the functions of the Body, its structures, organisation and services. The purpose of this publication scheme is to help members of the public gain access to information held by the SEUPB.

Disclosure Log
