Welcome to the Special EU Programmes (SEUPB) media centre. Within this section you will find more information about the publicity marketing toolkit and programme logos.
Using the logo informs people about the commitment that the EU has in developing the region.
Like any major funder or sponsor the European Union expects to see that its logo is being used within all funded project communications activity.
Branding for projects will differ depending on whether they are funded under the PEACEPLUS, PEACE IV or INTERREG Programmes.
All of the Programmes listed above are managed by the Special EU Programmes Body (SEUPB), therefore the SEUPB logo should be used wherever possible and appropriate. Please see below the download which contains both the SEUPB logo in a high resolution and .eps file.
The toolkit explains how projects supported by the PEACE IV and INTERREG VA Programmes for 2014-2020, can meet the regulatory obligations to acknowledge European Union funding and ensure that they are promoting the aims, objectives and results of their projects to as wide an audience as possible.
Both the PEACE IV and INTERREG VA Programmes have their own individual logos which should be used in consultation with the Publicity and Marketing Tool Kit.
The European Commission has a number of basic but important rules when it comes to the use of the Programme logo:
The programme logo colours come from the European flag and must not be changed. For use in graphic and web design, the colours are defined below for all colour systems:
Colour | Pantone | CMYK | HEX Code | RGB | |
---|---|---|---|---|---|
Reflect Blue | Reflex Blue | 100/80/0/0 | 003399 | 0/51/153 | |
Light Blue | 2716 | 41/30/0/0 | 9FAEE5 | 159/174/229 | |
Yellow | Yellow | 0/0/100/0 | FFCC00 | 225/204/0 |
For single colour reproductions, a greyscale version of a logo should be used. Logos should only be used whenever full colour is not available. Please contact the SEUPB communications team if you need advice communications@seupb.eu(link sends email).

The Peace4Youth brand guidelines must be used by projects funded under the objective.
A separate brand name and logo, Peace4Youth, has been specifically developed for the Children & Young People Objective (Action 2.1) of the PEACE IV Programme.
It is a sub-brand of the programme and must be used in conjunction, as appropriate, with logos for the relevant match-funding government departments of this objective, the Department of Children and Youth Affairs in Ireland and the Northern Ireland Executive in Northern Ireland.
