In recognition of the needs of those who have suffered from the trauma of the troubles / conflict, the programme will develop the capacity for services to meet the needs of victims and survivors.
The PEACE IV Programme has supported an integrated, outcomes-based, community-led support programme for victims and survivors. This has improved the lives of many victims and survivors across the Programme Area. The PEACEPLUS Programme provides an opportunity to learn from and build upon this work, to provide additional supports to victims and survivors.
