INTERREG Europe Programme

The €359 million ERDF INTERREG VC Inter-regional Programme is aimed at local and regional authorities.

Programme focus

It focuses on the identification, analysis and dissemination of good practices by public authorities in order to improve the effectiveness of regional and local policies. 

Cooperation projects are eligible across all 28 EU states, plus Norway and Switzerland.

Priority areas

The Interreg Europe Programme will focus on the following four priorities:

  • Research & Innovation;
  • Competitiveness of SMEs;
  • Low-carbon Economy;
  • The Environment and Resource Efficiency.
